Really good experience. Gave me literal warm blankets when I went into emergency room. Everyone was sensitive and kind. A lot of privacy. You can tell the staff cares.

THIS IS NOT AN EMERGENCY !!! US medicine is way behind than other less developed countries. Slowest sevice... they will start checking in procedures and ask you to sit down when it is something they have to do right away...

the staff were so helpful and yes the wait is long but that can’t be helped especially when you have real emergencies coming in by ambulance....i’m fine waiting when my emergency isn’t that much of an emergency you know?! my experience is that a lot of pill heads come in there and complain when they aren’t seen fast enough.

This emergency room at this hospital is horrible, they leave you in the room for hours never bother to come check on you my mom was trying to use the restroom we pushed the button for help to get a nurse to come assist my mom to the restroom no one bother to come to the room after we called several times. If you coming here expect to wait a long time I mean hours and hours of just waiting unacceptable.
